Return & Refund Policy

We support 30-day return service. You are allowed to apply for return application within 30 days after you receive the goods.

To meet return requirements, products must be kept unused, unworn, complete with original labels and intact original packaging. Valid order purchase record is also required for application.

If you need to initiate return application or consult related matters, please submit relevant information and demands through our Contact Us page. We do not accept returned parcels without prior official application.

After-sales Application Rules

Once you find any abnormal situation of received goods, please send us relevant details in time. Do not disassemble or repair products without permission. You need to prepare the following materials:

1. Complete order related information

2. Clear real photos and short videos of problematic products

Non-quality Reason Return Rules

If you apply for return without product quality problems within 30 days after receipt:

1. All expenses arising from return delivery including shipping fee and related additional fees shall be borne by buyers.

2. We will finish inspection after receiving returned goods, and process full refund within 10 working days only if the goods are confirmed to be intact and resalable.

Product Quality Problem Solution

Within 30 days after order delivery, if there is confirmed product quality defect, you can choose free return, free exchange or free maintenance service, all related return shipping fees will be undertaken by us.

1. Return application: Refund will be arranged within 10 working days after we receive the returned parcel.

2. Exchange application: New qualified goods will be arranged for delivery within 5 working days after receiving your returned package.

For orders exceeding 30 days, all shipping cost and tax fee generated by exchange and maintenance shall be paid by customers.
